How to Check Your SRD R350 Status Online

If you’ve applied for the SRD R350 grant, there are several convenient methods to check the status of your application:

Check Sassa Status

Online via the SASSA Website:

  • Visit the SASSA website at https://srd-sassa.org/ or you have upper button to enter the details and check
  • Scroll down to the “Application Status” section.
  • Enter your South African ID number and the phone number you used during registration.
  • Click the “Check Status” button.
  • Your SRD status will be displayed on the screen

Calling the SASSA Call Center:

  • Dial the SASSA toll-free number: 0800 60 10 11.
  • Follow the voice prompts to navigate to the SRD status check option.
  • Provide your ID number and the registered phone number when prompted.

Using USSD:

  • From your mobile phone, dial either 12069277# or 1203210#.
